Four suspects allegedly hired to burn down memorial arch

Police in northeastern province of Khon Kaen have detained four suspects, including a 14-year-old boy, who were allegedly hired to burn down an arch set up to honour of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, in Chonnabot district on Monday.
A fifth suspect, identified as Settha Thepnarong, 20, was still at large.
Police said the suspects were allegedly paid Bt200 each to burn the arch by Preecha Ngamdee, 45, the owner of a herb medicine factory in the district. He is still at large.
All the suspects are natives of Chonnabot district.
