The new iStudio at CentralWorld invites customers to experience digital delights Apple style
With so much competition in today's high-tech world, shops can no longer rely on price cutting strategies to stay on top of their rivals. Customer service also plays a vital role in attracting consumers into the store.
The recently reopened iStudio by Copperwired at CentralWorld is pulling out all the stops in enticing both techies and the digitally dumb with a comprehensive service in surroundings that are a sight for sore eyes.
With a floor space that's been expanded to 500 square metres, the iStudio is a great place to while away the hours. Half of the store is devoted to Apple products and customers are invited to familiarise themselves with all things Mac.
"We want customers to make the most of their time here. Shoppers can play with, learn about and enjoy our products for free," says Paramate Rienjaroensuk, president of Copperwired.
Buying products at iStudio may not be cheaper than at other Bangkok retails but the items come with a full support service, he adds.
The first thing customers see on entering the new, more streamlined store is the reception, where helpful staff are happy to answer questions and deal with pre- and after-sale service.
The shop is divided into two sections, the Experience zone and the Roadmap of Experience.
Customers can try out the iPhone, iPod, iMac, and iMovie as well as other products. Apple certified personal trainers are available for one-on-one tutorials on any topic and there's a workshop theatre room available for training.
