I and I be gone to Pai, mon, seen? It's the annual We Be Jammin' Pai Reggae Music Festival

Closet Rastafarians and other smoky-voiced fans of Bob Marley have got their annual fix at the We Be Jammin' Pai Reggae Music Festival for three consecutive years.

This time around, on January 24 and 25, there's going to be even more bands.

Seventeen acts, all from Thailand, will be getting rock steady - except for the ones that play ska and bounce all over the place.

Some of them are better known for their records than their live appearances and some are known only to hardcore devotees.

The ones everybody knows include T-Bone, Job2Do (remember last year's "Doo Ther Tam"?), the Teddy Ska Band, the Kai-Jo Brothers and Skaranger.

Joining the festival this year will be the ethnic-music-inspired Woo Doo Band and a few of Pai's best.

The outdoor stage is, once again, at the sultry Pai Tree House Resort just outside town, with grooves kicking in daily at 6pm. There'll be free shuttle buses from town to the resort, right through until 4am, an hour after the last act allegedly leaves the stage.
